Solved Launcher Start Button UnClickable

I downloaded Pokemon3D, moved it to it's own folder on the desktop, downloaded the latest version, and the start button is grey and unclickable, does anyone know how to fix this.

Are you sure that your file structure looks like this?

Also, be sure that another file, called Pokemon.exe, is within the Pokemon folder.

Yes, as shown in the PNG file I uploaded, the folder's contents are exactly like the image you have uploaded, just with different dates.
I have also set the compatibility mode of the application to Windows 7 and ran the application as an administrator.

Does your Pokemon folder look something like this (aside from a few extra folders I have in there)?

Check your anti virus, it have deleted something off that prevents it from playing.

You are missing the Pokemon.exe file.

Try downloading the game through the launcher, but this time make sure your anti-virus is off.
