Lost ALL items

So, I play the game in offline mode, and after a save in Ice Path, when I go back on, ALL my items in every category have disappeared. Is there a way to get them back?? The standard ones like potions and berries and repels and stuff don't bother me because I can always go buy some more but it's stuff like the HMs (some of the TMs I had I never used so,). Especially story-centric ones like Whirlpool and stuff.

In an offline save, you can always goto Pokemon\Saves\<Player Name>\Item.dat to insert back whatever items.

If that is too hard... You could also enable sandbox mode ( Player.dat => SandBox|1 ) and then open the chat box ( T ) and paste
@Item.give(ID OR NAME,Amount)

This will only work in v0.53 and below

@ jianmingyong The first part seems easy by the looks of it, but it's blank. What do I put in there? I also tried the second part but nothing seems to happen. Maybe because I'm not typing the item name correctly? Would it be TM/HM 30, for example, or the actual name of the TM/HM? I can't seem to find the IDs for items anywhere though, so I haven't tried that.

Most of the items should be reflected there.

That item give thing works, but there's no ID for any HMs on that page you linked me? If I was to try the first option again, do I just copy and paste all that stuff into the file doucment?

Yap. I have fixed my HM table, do check again for those id and you can add them back.
