Kolben Tower - "Shiny Diance" (Diancie)

Hey guys, I just got to the Kolben tower and defeated all the trainer devs in the tower. I went back and spoke to one of the trainers and after a long-winded conversation with him he offers to trade the first Pokemon in your party for a Shiny Diancie. I've offered him everything from my lowly PC Pokemon to my Legendaries. Anyone know how to appease this guy so that I can trade with him? Let me know and happy gaming!

First: there is no chance to do such a event in such a easy way.
Second: there is no Diancie in game files, so it's impossible to even have via hacking.
So that's leaves that message is like prank type for make game more interesting.
