Graphical Bug/Glitch - Graphic Error

So I was playing my last save from last night at around 12:00 am PST and I was going to fight Clair at Blackthorn City Gym. I went around fighting the trainers in the Gym and one trainer had his Dragonair skin like this http://puu.sh/gXnna/ef751d55c8.png , I began to question if this was going to corrupt my save file. So I kept going, and when I got to Clair, as the battle began the intro where it shows <Opponent Name> vs <Your Name>, her Graphic model was the same as the picture I linked. Also some of her Dragonairs and her Kingdra had the same Graphical Error. Now its this morning at like 10:15 am PST I went back in to play some more and then the whole menu was like this:

What I expected to:
Being able to play normally w/o any Graphical Errors

What actually happened:
I had Graphical Errors

Steps to reproduce:
I don't think it can be reproduce to my knowledge
If you can, all I did was went to Blackthorn City and Challenged a trainer in the Gym and then challenged Clair.

I appreciate it if someone could help I do love playing this game and would like to continue the story.
If my game files are needed I will provide them.
