Game crash

What I remember is the game crashed when I'm playing , then Pokemon 3D stops running , then Microsoft ask me if I want to send a crash report to Microsoft , I clicked Yes , then I load the game again , the game said "File validation failed" , so I immediately deleted all the game files , re-download and load the game for 3 times , but the game is still saying "file validation failed" , then a message named "Pokemon 3D Injection Shield" show up , saying that I hacked the game . I'm confused as I didn't edit any game files , as well as local pc time.
P.S. sorry for the lack of information

I am sorry if you have this problem. If you truly didn't use any cheat engines out there, then it could be a false detection that cant be verified in any case. Please contact @nilllzz to get the full fix for your case.

Is there further information that I can give it to you if you want?
Cuz I want to find a way to prove that I'm not a hacker , but I don't know how
Also , is repeatedly quitting and re-entering the hidden grottos manually considered as cheating? Just wanna know

Nope, not considered cheating.

Again, ask nilllzz to fix your issue.

Icyesker it sounds like you're having the same problem as my friend, I messaged nillzz to see if I could get some help but I've got nothing yet. I know he's very busy, I understand that but I wanted to dig and see if I can help him fix it. Stupid question but has nillzz gotten back to you? I was kinda hoping you could shed some light on this.

I've got the same exact problem.
And I doubt sending cash report to Microsoft will do me justice.

I've just been playing the game normally for about 3-5 minutes, and then it just freezes out randomly. Without any warnings. Luckily I saved after my Togepi-Egg evolved immediately after I booted up the game and walked about 4 steps out of the Pokemon center in Azalea Town, but this is getting annoying. I want to play the game without the thought of saving every single minute.

Are you playing on an online save? or an offline save?

erm, I skipped the first few posts, you also have the injection shield issue?, if so, your game shouldn't crash due to that and if it indeed does crash because of it, there is no possible fix for it as of this version.
