What actually happen:
My anti-virus software on my computer starts saying "we detected and stopped a Trojan(virus) attack" and another window saying that Pokemon 3d wont start.
Not a bug with Pokémon3D, but rather your anti virus software.
You can safely play Pokémon3D, there is no harmful software included. I guess because the launcher starts another .exe file (the game), the anti-virus does not like it very much.
There should be an option in any decent anti-virus software to deactivate its service for certain .exe files (the launcher and for good measure the game), so it ignores them.
