Confirmed [Indev 0.53] Running Effect while Ice Sliding

You can speed up ice-skating with the running shoes button (SHIFT)

What I expected to happen:
Speed not to change

What actually happened:
Speeds up sliding

Steps to reproduce:
1. walk on ice
2. slide in any direction
3. press shift to speed up or release to slow down

Low priority probably. It doesn't affect any other gameplay, just the movement speed.

This has been known for a while now. However, when I asked the devs about it, they said it was intended.

I see... Oddly enough, this isn't the case with the "sliding" panels as seen in the Rocket warehouse.
