Fixed [Indev 0.53] Smoke Ball not Working with Shadow Tag Ability

Describe the bug you experienced here.
I give my pokemon a Shadow Ball , so that I can escape from any wild pokemon , including wild Wobbuffet . But the smoke ball doesn't work at all. When I meet a wild Wobbuffet , I tried to flee , but the game keeps telling me that "Failed to run away".
What I expected to happen:
I can flee with a smoke ball after meeting a wobbuffet.

What actually happened:
Smoke ball doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Give a smoke ball to your pokemon
2. Meet a wild Wobbuffet
3. Keep smashing 'Run'
4.You can't escape from Wobbuffet , unless you battle with it.

I can confirm, also, Ghost-type Pokemon are still not immune to this ability.
