Installation Issues

Ive recomended this game to about maybe 3-7 people already, and they all have had installation issues including me. any time I, or my friends install the game we are missing one of the .Exe files. To be specific we are missing the "Pokemon3D.exe", I of course have it. But none of my friends do. we have the "Pokemon.exe" but that will just tell them and I "Invalid start Parameters. Please start the game from the launcher" my friends have tried both downloading from Gamejolt and Pokemon3D.net yet neither would work. i have no clue whatsoever how i magically got the Exe. file, i downloaded the game about 5 times then just started deleting some then restoring some files and in the end it just appeared so i got lucky. My friends on the other hand, had no luck.
