Good and Evil Story lines

Here's my idea. I've always wanted to see team rocket's perspective, they seemed much cooler to me I really want there to be an alternate story line where you can be on the dark side. I know that it will take a while due to scripting new events and some other jazz but there hasn't really been a time when we truly got to experience this I mean there are hacks of older pokemon games where you get to play but most are never finished. Also instead of gym badges you can rank up in team rocket until executive and there will be different missions like in the mystery dungeon games with different ranks of the missions as well.

Sounds like a cool GameMode idea, not sure about the main game though.
