hm :/ well, I found an anti-virus software but there is no way to turn it off. I checked and the button I need to click seems to be disabled.

Then I have no idea how to help you, sorry, but just incase it is not the anti-virus that is causing this, redownload this "http://s.pokemon3d.net/6ohu2" and make sure after it finishes downloading, its size is (76-77mb)
