Hello, I am having trouble starting up the game. I have tried as many ways as I could but still cannot play. It says I need to download a version before playing and when I try to the whole game crashes and makes me exit. If you could help me find out how to deal with this problem, I would be very grateful!

Can you locate the crash log inside pokemon folder and post it here. ( The best if you use a notepad to open it and copy paste )

Yes
launch the game and when it crashes and something appears, press the button to take a screenshot and then open MSPaint and paste it there, save the file and upload it here.
This is the best I can get ;P

I can't for some strange reason. (extract)
can you please explain that strange reason? what does it say/give you when you try to extract?
It says "Cannot Complete the Compressed (zip) Folder Extraction Wizard, the compressed (zipped) folder is empty. Before you can extract files, you must copy files to this compressed (zipped) folder." and then it tells me to close the window.
can you right-click the file and press "properties" and check the size of that file? also, do you have an anti-virus installed? if you do, can you disable it and try to redownload again?
