Fixed [0.22.1] Psybeam always makes pokemon confused

Confirmed. My Girafarig has this move and the same thing happens.

I'm starting to feel like any moves that may cause confusion on the side, or any moves that cause some kind of negative change (burn, sleep, freeze, confusion, etc) on the side, are bugged in that they always cause it regardless

Just something worth looking into.

Nilllzz fix the fact that Psychic always drop the foe's defense, maybe there are a lot of moves with the bug
