Not much reason to implement this; the time in-game is based on your computer's time. If you really need to quicken things, you can just adjust your time.

yes, but be aware if you do that, your Recorded Play-Time glitches out, which adds Hours and reduces Hours as you fast forward time and reverse it.

Pretty much since Gen II, they have used real-time clocks built into the game, which goes around 24 hours. It would seem, weird to make the clock faster/slower.

You could probably make a GM for it in SP, but there would be obvious problems in MP.

Unless the server runs the mod, then it would be possible to use said mod on one's server. The only thing the other players would have to do is install the mod theirselves.

well that can work for Gamemodes. all you have to do is set all maps on any time of day, any weather, and have both night and day pokemon appear together.
