I sign in with the original name and it gives me the Chikorita save with was made on the no capitals name and when I sign in to the no capitals name is gives me a new trainer

I signed in but it is the Chikorita save is their a way to delete the Chikorita save so I can start a new save ?

- I played it for about 10 minutes but when I got home and signed in with my name spelled right my trainer with my level 26+ Quilava was gone and in it's place is the trainer with Chikorita so is their a way to delete the Chikorita save so I can start a new Cyndaquil save or get my old save back ?

I don't know where to put this so I will put it here I need help I signed in to gamejolt on my bros pc but I forgot that I have to hold shift to get a capital letter so my name was in all lower case it made me start a new trainer and I got Chikorita instead of Cyndaquil that I get when I played on my pc -
