Miragics updated Pokemon Brown in 3D with a new update entry:

Get ready to beat all 8 gyms!

So after quite a long time here's the new update. Including all of the 8 gyms! In this version you will meet Missingnos, discover some custom items and catch new Pokémon! We haven't played through it, so please tell us every bugs/errors you encounter! We might have missed one or two things, due to nobodys perfect. Have fun with it and conquer Rijon!

I encountered this when i entered the gym and beat all the trainers, gym leader only says this and i can not challenge him, i also cant leave because of the door blocking the way.

Sorry, it's my bad. I used the wrong files for the NPC. It used the Jaeri Gym ones so you couldn't battle. I'll upload a fixed update Apolgize my fault
