Nintendo has never evolved legendaries and i doubt they will start

so you have no issue is this is either a new form or a separate pokemon?
as long as mewtwo doesn't evolve into it?

I agree that i don't want to legends EVOLVE also personally I would prefer that this is a new pokemon and not just another form
but as long as it doesn't evolve i am fine with it

Exactly put it this way. My theory for this pokemon is its just another man made creation. I feel like in battle Mewtwo will be defeated by Genesect, and then He will be helped out by scientist or something, or he changes on his own, to become a stronger pokemon.

after reading on Bulbapedia on mewtwo, i have a new theory.
"Mewtwo is one of the first Pokémon created by science. The scientists who created it dreamed of creating the world's strongest Pokémon. It is widely considered unique, because only one survived the cloning process before the facility in which it was created was destroyed"

Mewtwo wasnt the only surviving Clone.

this only makes me think that Pokemon X&Y it's about genetics experiments on pokemons... and you can see an DNA on the japanese title, so in my opinion this Mewthree is another pokemon created by humans... maybe there's anothers pokemon used like rattatas labs? even Eevee with his new evolution?
