Ways to catch eevee

Sorry if i sound like a noob right now but can you catch eevee in the current version, if so where

Ways to cath Eevee:
1: with a pokeball.
2: with a net.
3: with a trap and some poke-food.
4: throw a EV stone towards it's head, then it isn't an Eevee anymore so you don't need to catch it.
5: play Shou-liengods mod, you'll have an instant Eevee.
6: out of inspiration, more will follow when I think of them.
