mudkip. It is by far the best water type to me because of its water/ground Double type.
not only is it Immune to electricity. it only has one weekness, and thats grass.
EVERY OTHER TYPE is either 1:1 damage or 1/2
this makes mudkip just great all around pokemon that can adapt to most situations
