Solved Sky glitch (repeats ground animation)

The sky is glitching on me in that the ground sprites (trees, buildings, people) repeat in the sky whenever I look down and then up. The sprites repeat in a similar way to Windows 98 windows repeating when you move them around the screen (hopefully this description makes sense to most).

I haven't seen any other reports about this glitch, so maybe it's just my computer.

It's very disorienting.

Not really sure how but it could be graphic card limitations.

Always try to mess up with the settings for graphics like make it the best quality > performance and see if it improve or not.
