Implemented Add a better indication for shiny pokemon.

With the new interface, the only way to know if a pokemon is shiny is by hitting it and hoping it doesn't faint, we need a better indication since most people encounter shiny pokemon while EV training and grinding.

My Aegislash is shiny but you can hardly notice it because it has full HP. (Ignore the color pallet of the pokemon >.>)

Maybe a different color health bar would help. Or simply a icon that indicates that the pokemon is shiny, similar to the gender icon.

The color of the health bar is different, but also the checker board pattern in around the HP bar. No need for additional indicators cause you can clearly identify a shiny by looking at that.

I still have a screenshot of it. After seeing it's health bar go lower, i was sure that it was a shiny. Sadly it was a critical hit. The only thing that awared me of the fact that it was a shiny were it's magnets. I always rely on the star in the top left corner to see if it is a shiny or not. And the star wasn't there. So i was left confused, forcing me to search magneton's shiny sprite up just to be sure about it being a shiny or not.

I made the name's color change to gold as well if it's a shiny, that should be more noticeable.
