I just laugh when the list isn't there and it is way so easy to fall into your own traps.

Well I gona take quite a time to update them.
Hmm probably soon.

List updated and since there are some invalid claims... so the wild cards and everything is recounted again.
Technically there are some errors in between and I have fix back the list.

I would only reset if... it is stuck or being so inactive for more than 24/48 hours of the last post. ( Which is boring waiting for a sky to drop :D )
I would say it would be impossible to reset right now as... there are more wildcard populating from those unintentional repeats.

The only reason that is valid for a reset is if the game gets stuck for 24 hours and none of the wild card holders use theirs (which should result in the loss of their wild cards, they shouldn't move on to the next round)
