I think that is a special case, since they are looking for BR's, that speak portuguese, so it gets lots easier to comunicate with people that are not that good with english
Just IMO, I think you should allow at least this topic to speak a different language

While that would make sense, we would still not likely allow it: it's very hard for us to moderate a language we don't know. If you're going to speak Portuguese or some other language here, then please provide a translation in English alongside it.
