On wait Employment to the website(as moderators and maybe a few other jobs)

I've already have seen people like Tornado as moderators.It's just there are still jobs that have to be put up.I think you get to be a moderator if you donate but it's like getting promoted by giving money to somebody.*I was gonna see if I Ishould be moderator since I've seen alot happening in this website.These are the jobs that might be possible to use(as long as you don't do something that will get you banned):

1. Website Status Moderator^
2. Substitute Moderator^
3. Off-Topic Moderator(not similar to Pika's job as moderator)^
4. Events Moderator**^

If this works, there wouldn't be so much problems than before.
* I am not begging. I'm saying if I should be one since im worried about what would happen if something even worse happens.
**Allows you to moderate events such as the game's anniversary made by moderators themselves and off topic events such as weddings that can be made not only by mods but by members too. Game and Website and Off-Topic Events sub-fourms required for this job.

1. What? Why, we've got a system for that.
2. Not sure what this means.
3. I.... don't think... this should be a thing. This is a job moderators have as a side job.
4. We've got an automated system that detects bad language.
5. Daniel is the website admin.

As of right now, I don't think we need more mods, although we're quite inactive....
In the year I've been here, I only know of 2 cases where someone got banned instantly, about 3-4 fights/flame-wars and then we have killgore but eventually we saw humor in that one. That's not much if you think about it in a 365 day span.

This community is extremely "Low maintenance" which gives us plenty of time to focus on game stuff

The reason i thought of this cuz ever since Dylan was banned, I knew there something bad coming.Plus the "Website Status Moderator" job allows you to make sure everything is working including the website chat.But still, it goes with the fifth job i said.I made a chart of the Moderators including wannabe mods and member count as a percentage.

Wannabe Moderators:95%
Special Moderators(Trade,Bug):85%
Moderators:50%
Low-Grade Moderators:25%

Just Members:100%
Ready-to-be-Moderator Member:75%
Donated Members:75%
Newsful(meaning full of news and events like me)Members:50%

I mean....I know alot about this website and i'm more like an inspector than a member.
Honestly, there could be some1 retiring one day from this website.
