Always when I try to join my gamejolt account, I get an error: server timeout, always porfavor help me is urgent, I really wanted to play online and with my skin.

Which server are you trying to join?
If it is the default server, than the server is likely down (I rarely see it up).

Try JLs' or Mizai's servers.
