Duplicate duplicate pokemon, missing others

Hi, my first time starting a thread so my apologies in advance if im doing it wrong. I logged into my pokemon 3D game online and found 2 of my pokemon missing my lvl 72 Weavile and a lvl 57 drapion, both pokemon i have in countless E4 runs, instead i have a copied slugma in my box, same stats, ability etc. Is it possible for someone to look into this, i mean if the copied pokemon was a tyranitar or something i could accept the loss, but a slugma is lackluster.

This has been reported several times before; both the duplication and the disappearances.

This happened several times, with many many different people, even with myself, and it is unknown what happens to duplicate the pokemon and the other pokemon disapearing
