[0.4.2] PP and Evasion Rising Attacks

Attack of enemys are not bound to their PP. My enemy is using Double Team for ages and I just can't hit him. Also another thing that bugs me is that they still use double team etc even after their evasion cannot be risen anymore. Fighting the same Pokemon for like 30 Minutes now.

Me too! Its very annoying and it looks like NPC PP still infinite whereas player PP are limited.

This should be fix...so tidious if we have to keep trying luck battling pokemon with such moves.

Heh, that brings me back memories of fighting Koga on pokemon stadium 2.

Double Team has a max of 24 PP but it keeps going and going... Fighting Crobat or Umbreon without OHKO them is a pain in the ass.
