What level does riolu evolve because i caught one and im training it and now its on lvl 50 and it still havent evolved idk if you need a stone or if lucario hasent been put in the game yet.

It evolves based on Friendship during the day.

but how do i know if he is high enough in friendship my tysplosion started having high friendship as quilava level 30
