I was under the impression that you could sign up for the wiki anytime and edit the articles at will, though this doesn't seem to have changed at all... What was this?

we get tons of spam bots so we lock down the wiki to keep them from getting in
we temporarily unlocked it so people could have a chance to sign up and help out on the wiki
if you have an account you can still edit
but if you don't have an account you can't get it

i'm sure there will be another registration window somewhere in the near future, just come back and check for the updates

All seeable pokemon should have their own wiki now, someone let me know if I miss out any pokemon in the current version
