This happens rarely. I don't know if this is a bug or because the game is not yet complete: When you beat Elder Li(master of the place) on the 3rd floor if you try to get back via ladders sometimes the game transports you to the 2nd floor but in a place that you can't go to anywhere. You are trapped there.
