So, after experimenting with the new scaling feature in 0.29, I decided to make a tutorial.
It's actually pretty simple, but there are a few things you should note.
Step 1:
Open exceptions.dat(If there isn't one create one) in your texture pack's folder.
Step 2:
Type: Texture-Path|Scale for every texture that has a different resolution.
-For example: "Textures\Routes|2" will scale the texture file by 2 allowing 2 times the resolution.
Simple, right?
But there's a few things you should know.
First, The texture path, is case sensitive.
You can't write: textures\ROUTES|2
It has to be: Textures\Routes|2
And second, you can not use a smaller resolution than the default resolution, you also can not use decimals.
