hey guys,

the pokedex is showing that starters and others are available, but just as example where can i find mudkip ? , in the past there where events for those pokemons ! are there still those events ?

As of Indev 0.58, there is no natural way to obtain the Hoenn starters. You’d have to trade with someone who acquired them from breeding of the original ones obtained from event distributions.
