launcher not working

when i launch the app to play the game i cant start it and i know its downloaded i recently played it. and sometimes when i try to start the launcher i get ( Invalid start parameters!) what do i do?

are you starting Pokemon.exe or Pokemon3d.exe(should be this one)

I just downloaded the new launcher, and I can't get anything out of it. I get the 'invalid start parameters' message, but I don't know what to do after that. Pokemoned.exe? Where is that? I'm not really all that great with computers, so it's probably pretty simple. Still over my head.

are you clicking on Pokemon3d.exe or Pokemon.exe
the first one is the launcher which is what you need to run
Pokemon3d.exe must be in the same location as the /Pokemon/ folder and Pokemon.exe must be in that folder(along with many other files/folders)

I... am not entirely sure what you just said. I think I'm clicking on Pokemon3d.exe...

the first folder should have the items circled in this image

and the pokemon folder should look like this

you want to click the .exe in the FIRST image

Ok, it doesn't look quite like that. The Pokemon folder says Pokemon0.27.1, and the other just says Pokemon 3D.

you downloaded the launcher and ran it right?

Thought so. I decided to scrap and redownload everything, see of that clears it up.
