can i really get 251 pokemon???

i already roam the whole map and got not as many pokemon as i can, can i really catch the 251 pokemon in the game? I have listed below my caught buddies: Abra and Ditto are hard to catch for me sob.. sob.. sob..

1. Chikorita - Bayleef (my starter and already evolved)
2. Geodude
3. Onix
4. Caterpie
5. Metapod - Butterfree (evolved)
6. Rattata
7. Pidgey
8. Jigglypuff
9. Kakuna
10. Hoppip
11. Ekans
12. Spearow
13. Slowpoke
14. Teddiursa
15. Zubat
16. Mareep

it's all i got, i have not caugth hoothoot by night and vulpix innside the cave..

i've seen hoothoots, but because not every area and every story sequence is in you can't legit catch them all yet. you can edit your save to get any pokemon you want from gen 1-2 though, and theres a mod that adds the other 3 gens

Teddiursa can be caught in Dark Cave at mornings and evenings.

i've seen hoothoots, but because not every area and every story sequence is in you can't legit catch them all yet. you can edit your save to get any pokemon you want from gen 1-2 though, and theres a mod that adds the other 3 gens

phanpy is found in route 46 right out of new bark town morning (lvl 4-6) growlith route 36 and 37 found mine in the morning (mine was lvl 5) togepi is not found but given to you in the pokemon center after fighting the first gym leader in that towns pokemon center

nidoran and nidorina found on route 35 and 36, koffing found in same area but by headbutting trees beedrill as well but found mine in the ilex forest i seriously forgot where i found my maril sorry

there is a guy in a lab coat to the right i forget just talk to him and he gives it to you for "research"
