Hyper Potions?

I'm just wondering if hyper potions have really been implemented or not?

and if so is hyper potions ID number 16?

Emm you can find that information on the wiki, there's a list of the implemented items and their ID's and I've seen whitney use a hyper potion when i was exploring the gym so it probably is implemented

All numbers of that sort(for pokemon abilities natures items etc.) are taken from the lists on Bulbabpedia any index number found on bulbapedia should work here(assuming indexed thing is implemented)
