Not confirmed [Indev 0.54] Camera Control Loss

I started the game in window mod. The camera just move to a coordinate and I can't control it.

What I expected to happen:
Be able to move the camera freely to face all direction.

What actually happened:
The camera moves on its own. It seems the mouse isn't properly center as it should.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the game in window mode
2. Play with camera.
3. Switch between fullscreen and window mode.
4. repeat 2.
