Not a bug Not a bug per se... (Hoppip)

Hey it's not really a bug but I just wanted to point out that in the original games Hoppip did not appear until the route below Violet City. Could've just been a personal choice on your part but I figured I'd point it out in case anyone else wanted to go out and catch a Hoppip. Currently I think he is only available in the route west of New Bark Town

Woops, never played much Crystal, my bad. Guess I'll have to double check that in the future
