SlowBro wont evolve

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
... My slowbro would evolve.

What actually happened:
... Didnt evolve.. I dont know if this is a bug or not but I really need a slowking on my team!

Steps to reproduce:
1. ... Maybe there is no trade evolution yet
2. ... Fix this possible bug?

Slowbro does not evolve further, outside of Mega Evolution. Slowpoke can either become Slowbro or Slowking depending on whether you evolve it through leveling, or through trading with the King's Rock:

Also, Mega Evolutions are not implemented in the game, despite the fact that you can obtain the Mega Stones somehow.
