Stucked in Lugia's Den

I want to report an issue and probable be helped in this one so i don't lose my file, i just finished catching Lugia and tried to use waterfall to climb back up and exit the cave thru the same place that i entered it. When my Gyarados used waterfall he went straight foward instead of upwards and now i'm on a some kind of glitched version of the Lugia's den. I tried logging out and resetting the game since i saved after this happened, but nothing worked and i don't have escape ropes... Can the developement team help me out in this one?

Yep, this has a rare chance of happening when Waterfall is used. You should never save inside a place if you are stuck inside. Start a private conversation with a member of the staff and they can get you out.
