Solved [Indev 0.53.3] Fell into Ground

So I walked into the cave in between Kanto and Johto (forgot the name) and I got stuck 5 blocks underwater.
Not in the lower layer of water but after you climb the waterfall.

What I expected to happen:
I expected to surf to point A to B (the exit and the entrence)

What actually happened:
I fell in the ground and could't move

Steps to reproduce:
1. Surf up the waterfall
2. Just surf through
3. ?????
4. Profit

Did you save while you were stuck?

To be completely honest Im not 100% sure I've saved. Is there an easy way to load an old save? Just to be sure.
