Crash [Indev 0.53.2] Launcher not Responding

I really wanted to play this game and I downloaded everything I needed for the requirements and when I downloaded the launcher it instantly said that the launcher isn't responding and keeps doing this and nothing I try seems to fix it

Try running the launcher as administrator? Also, make sure no anti-virus programs are conflicting with it.

ive tried running as administrator and that hasn't worked, ill try to see if an anti virus software is conflicting

I am having the same problem as Pop5682, and I am using the version 2.4.0.0 and ran as administrator and turned off all anti-viruses and firewall but I am still facing the same problem.

Don't use launcher anymore for v0.53.3 Instead, run the pokemon.exe straight or use GameJolt Client to run the game.

I downloaded the game from gamejolt but when I log in I get an error saying server time-out.
