Not getting to menu... Help?

Hello everyone,

I am very new to P3D, I installed the launcher and the game onto a 16G USB and when I bring up the launcher and click Play game, the screen changes to the red Korben screen and stays there. Nothing else happens. Any suggestions? I don't own a computer and I would like to be able to plug and play anywhere.

Your computer is a little slow, it takes time to load the game.
