Game Doesn't Start

I'm not sure what's wrong but I can't get into the game. I've downloaded .NET, XNA, and everything on the downloads page just trying to get this to start. I've had to download the launcher multiple times because every time I go to start said launcher it disappears, after giving me an error message saying I don't have the proper permissions. When I try to run it as an admin, it says something along the lines of the computer not being able to find anything named that. The same thing also happens if I try to open the server exe.

I tried to set an exception in my anti-virus for the game, but the downloaded exe wasn't there, despite being downloaded.

turn off your anti-virus and download/extract this, try to launch it before re-enabling your anti-virus.
