[Indev 0.53] Repel Effect *bug*

The game wont allow me to use any repels because it says that its still in effect but I know that it is indeed not in effect. I do know indeed that the repel effect is off after playing the game for 30 mins and it still wouldn't allow me to use another one even after all the walking.

What I expected to happen:
...That the game would allow me to use another repel when it ran out

What actually happened:
...The game still says that a repel is still in effect

Please help with this its annoying to fight ever single pokemon to get to the next town.

This bug is reported.
If you are using online save, please contact any moderator to get it fix. Else you can always goto your offline save player.dat and change the repel value back to zero.

If you get zero response from any moderator, try to contact the actives ones like @Fanta. I will find a way to help you when no one else responses.

I have a simple way for you to remove the bug! Go to the folder of your saved file in Save folder(its usually named by your in-game character name) and there you will see some .dat files. you will see player.dat file. open that with wordpad and you will see all your stats from your gameplay in that! there will "Repelsteps|-1" written somewhere in the wordpad, change -1 to 0. "Repelsteps|0" you should be able to use repels again. i hope it helps. it worked for me!
