you have to beat 25 of them, last one is a golden one at the center with the trap door leading to the next area.

The rooms are arranged in a diamond shape, Five rooms across at the widest point if I remember correctly. Draw a simple map and cross them out as you go. Make sure you heal before fighting the gold robot: it suprised me with its difficulty.

This helps the conversation in no way, but ff you tele yourself into the room with the gold bot before taking out the other 25 he calls you a cheater.
