you have 48 hours to accept the request for the oshowatt, im aware of timezones 
so ill give you a chance if you havent been on in the past 2 days, ill give you your money back, and/or make another oshowatt egg on the side to give you a chance of your rightful position. if not ill just give you one on october 31st, so ie. if not in 48 hours, ill send it to the other winner, and then keep 1 for you on the side, if i cant do that, ill just give you ure money back.

and mainly cuz i got lazy you can now BUY oshowatts straight up comment either lottery for 50P or Buy for 150P and ill give you a number or friend request to send said oshowatt... same rule applies no mass distributing at ALL until october 31st, and after that i dont want anyone gaining profit through this pokemon, so its fair and free to all the new comers that like 5th gen more then 2nd gen starters

Well according to "Poorest Members", that seems to be the case.
there are two people that have negative credits so i thought you could, but i just tried and you can't spend more than you have, so i don't know how those accounts have negative credits.

Also, about that shiny, you'd have to be incredibly lucky for a shiny to pop out, if you have one within the next week (Maybe even 2 weeks?) I wil doubt its legitimacy. (Just saying that is way too fast for breeding.)
